Appointments must be scheduled ahead of time. New patients can complete paperwork in the Forms section. Please bring the paperwork along with your insurance card and your identification. If the patient is a child I usually meet with the parents without the child present in the first session. Generally, by the end of the first session I will be able to discuss with you an individualized treatment plan.
Because e-mail is not secure I usually do not communicate confidential information via e-mail. As an alternative, I use a service which allows us to communicate confidentially through a secure web portal. We will ask you to set this up with us.
If you must reschedule an appointment please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not cancel in advance, or if you do not show for the appointment, you will be charged for the missed appointment.
I attempt to make myself available for urgent situations. You can call my number and reach me by leaving a message and following the instructions to have me notified. I will then be contacted and will return your call as soon as possible. However, if this is a mental health or medical emergency you should call one of the following numbers:
